We see new tools that synchronize details across services to save us time, but cause us headaches until we get it just right. For example: Google Wave is one of the newest freebies for collaboration, where as something like Action Method Online, costs some coin. Each system has its differences, but ultimately they are designed to bring teams together and to make sharing simple.
